Four Cornerstones, Four Key Strategies

Children and communities thrive when parents and caregivers feel supported and have equitable access to resources and information.

The Bright Futures Roadmap is a community-wide strategy to support the health and well-being of the youngest children and families in Jefferson, Gilpin and Clear Creek counties.

Our theory of change outlines how the Bright Futures Roadmap collaboration will achieve our vision for the future of Jefferson County: All families have the support they need to promote their child’s health and well-being for sustained success in school and in life.

Triad Bright Futures supports and celebrates partners’ work around the four cornerstones of the Roadmap within the framework of our guiding principles
