The Triad Bright Futures UPK Help Desk can assist families in English and Spanish with their application and help providers to navigate the UPK online portal. Interpretation services for additional global languages will be available soon.
Submitting a ticket online for help with UPK is the fastest way to assist families and providers. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
