About Triad Bright Futures

Triad Bright Futures understands that the challenges facing young children and their families are complex and interconnected, and no single organization can solve them alone. Our mission is to partner with the community to advance quality, equitable early childhood experiences for all families.

In 2019, a strong public-private partnership of Jefferson County community leaders launched the Bright Futures Roadmap, a county-wide vision for improved outcomes for families with children prenatal through age eight. In 2022, these partners recommitted to the Roadmap and created Triad Bright Futures to serve as the Local Coordinating Organization (LCO) for Jefferson, Gilpin, and Clear Creek counties.

Our work builds on the legacy of the LAUNCH Together Initiative, which established a shared understanding of the importance of early childhood social-emotional health and development and created a collaborative infrastructure that continues to drive progress on the Roadmap today.

This overview of Triad Bright Future’s strategic plan offers a snapshot of our mission, vision and values, as well as our goals and strategic priorities for the next two years as we support partners to advance the four corners of the Bright Futures Roadmap.
