Meet Our Team

Triad Bright Futures is staffed by a dedicated team of early childhood professionals with administrative partner support from our fiscal sponsor, Trailhead Institute.

Jennifer Anton, Executive Director (pictured left) is responsible for overall strategic direction and operational management of Triad Bright Futures, advancing the Bright Futures Roadmap and meeting Local Coordinating Organization (LCO) requirements.

Cecy Carballo, UPK Manager (pictured second from left), coordinates the implementation of Colorado Universal Preschool (UPK) in Jefferson, Gilpin and Clear Creek Counties and supports Bright Futures Roadmap efforts in Jefferson County.

Lisa Duran, Project Manager (pictured right), oversees implementation of the Bright Futures Roadmap in Jefferson County, including advancing goals and developing policy priorities. Lisa supports Roadmap efforts in Gilpin and Clear Creek Counties together with the Triad Bright Futures Mountain Coordinator

Amber Troutman, Coordinator – Mountain Communities (pictured second from right), develops and supports collaborations across Clear Creek, Gilpin, and western Jeffco to ensure all children and caregivers have equitable access to early childhood programs and services including those outlined in the Bright Futures Roadmap. She also provides direct support to families and early childhood education providers participating in UPK.

The Triad Bright Futures Community Learning Network (CLN) is a select group of highly engaged organizations that works to achieve the Bright Futures Roadmap vision for families and communities. This Network is a powerful tool for fostering learning, skill development, and community growth. As the Network and Triad Bright Futures staff prioritize local needs and resources, these partners create a sustainable and inclusive environment that encourages learning and strengthens community resilience.
