Mountain Communities Coordinator

The Mountain Communities Coordinator will build and support collaborations across Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Western Jefferson Counties to create equitable access to early childhood programs for families with young children.

Reporting to the Triad Bright Futures Project Manager, this hybrid role involves engaging families, child care providers, and community partners to promote Universal Preschool (UPK) enrollment and build child care capacity. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating partnerships, and setting goals, action plans and outcomes to advance the four cornerstone strategies of the Bright Futures Roadmap
  • Conducting outreach
  • Assisting families with UPK applications
  • Fostering relationships with community leaders and partners

The role requires a self-starter capable of traveling within the region to support program implementation.
