This free 90-minute interactive session/training will enable all Roadmap stakeholders to learn a simple and easy process that is foundational for how we want to collaborate and work together to support families and young children.
The workshop is based on a dynamic training called the Collaborative Leadership Program hosted by Schwartz + Associates, where the POPRA Model (Purpose, Outcomes, Process, Roles and Agreements) is the basis for all collaborative leadership.
This workshop will give us all the tools to conduct effective partner meetings to advance our work and the Roadmap!
