- Provide social support and connect families to information about home visiting and early childhood resources through community gatherings with parents and home visitors.

Recruit, retain and support a qualified home visitation workforce
- Enhance home visitor professional development and cross-program learning through shared training and learning spaces for inter-program problem solving.
- Outcome: Increased recruitment and retention of home visitor workforce; Increased knowledge, skill and problem solving; Increased sense of belonging; Early childhood professionals are supported, developed, and sustained in a thriving workplace.
