PRIMARY STRATEGY: INCREASE ACCESS & IMPROVE NAVIGATION TO DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENINGS 
Increase access and improve navigation to developmental screenings for families with young children
- Develop community-level policies and procedures for healthy development screenings, assessment and referrals.
- Outcome: Consistent practices across clinics, child care, home visitation, preschool and other early childhood programs increase early identification of developmental concerns; Create clearer pathways to services for families; Reduce stigma and increase parental engagement.
