Please join Triad Bright Futures for our community engagement event designed to reignite Jeffco collaboration aimed at ensuring families have the support they need to promote their child’s health and well-being. Partners from Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties are invited to join as they consider how to design Roadmap strategies for mountain communities.

11:30 am – 12:00 pm: Networking and Lunch
Time for community connection and lunch.
12 – 12:30 pm: Celebrating Progress on the Roadmap
Community partners will share how, despite the challenges of the past three years, progress on the Roadmap has continued.
12:30 – 1:30 pm: Collaboration Time
Five small-group discussions with one group focused on each Bright Futures Roadmap cornerstone* strategy and a fifth group focused on communications.
1:30 – 2:00: Connecting the Cornerstones
Come back together as a full group to hear a brief summary from each group, including next step opportunities for engagement and action!
