Sabemos que la actividad f\u00edsica, especialmente si aumenta el ritmo card\u00edaco, brinda beneficios de por vida para todos.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"section-heading\"><b>Actividad f\u00edsica recomendada por edad<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b><i>Ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os y preescolares (de 2 a 5 a\u00f1os)\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los ni\u00f1os crecen y se desarrollan mejor cuando se mueven durante la mayor parte del d\u00eda, duermen lo suficiente, comen alimentos nutritivos, beben agua y limitan el tiempo frente a la pantalla.
